Our SuperSkills10 training curriculum is devised into an 8-week revolving system where players enter at any point, but to achieve the best results your athlete will benefit from frequent attendance over sporadic drop-ins. The more consistently your player attends training, the more positive impact to their skill level.
Each 1-hour training session is broken down into three segments for optimal learning:
- Warm up
- Technical Training
- Game Activity
Professionally Developed Curriculum
- The SuperSkills10 curriculum has been developed by Brent Goulet – former US Olympian, USMNT Player, European Player & Coach, and UEFA Pro Licensed Coach.
- Our program is created on sports science and biomechanics to teach correct technique at the earliest of ages and perfect that over a child’s playing time.
- We are constantly updating and altering our curriculum and offerings to meet the needs of our students at any level and age.
